@Barroco Hispano i've never asked myself how the lights on a boat might look like but yours look very satisfying for the eyes in any case (i simply guess that in the middle of the sea it's not probable that the lights would be on full time ? i really don't know, but don't boats have colored sidelights, red or green, when it's cruising ?... what you've done looks like what you would expect in a port when people are working on it at night probably ?...)

@Sloppyjoemess completely agree with Raymond on that issue, it's probably a LODs issue. Gmax and also 3dsmax as far as i know will generate automatical perpendicular LODs, that's most probably the reason why here it appears like the building at the top covers the other one with a large invisible cube turned perpendicular. That's the LOD. You just need to make it diagonal too and fitting the model as close as possible

HI EVERYONE, Here's something that was staying covered in dust in my folders literally for years, two lots I made for nice house models former TSC member @Citymax collected from 3D Warehouse back in the day. Like about 7 years ago now. These were seen, with about 35 other models, in an infamous OlScare CJ entry in 2013 in which images are now gone... The collection was miraculously saved by other inactive TSC member Supremec, just to point out how ridiculously obscure all this is lol. So really just two mansions, R$$$, 3X4, that grow in all tilesets. The one with the black roof houses 22 sims and the one with the orange roof houses 30. he would probably elaborate himself but to make it a prop you need to make a transparent BAT (like an untextured box, totally transparent) to be the actual model and what shows as the building is a prop. that's the most simple way to make overhanging buildings, even if there's an other way using the reader to reduce the models footprint or something (don't clearly remember that) back in the day i used the blank model method for this for instance https://www.toutsimcities.com/downloads/view/3301
