Rhodes House is a neo-brutalist mid-rise disguised as a twelve story Park Inn Hotel.
Lots of complicated angles ensure rooms can be larger, yet still maintain some privacy and decent natural light + views.
I made this building to fill the paucity of available buildings that can be placed along diagonal roads.
It is offered as a high wealth, medium density Commercial Services Building on a 4x4 corner lot as well as an overhanging ploppable landmark with jobs.
When using the diagonal overhanging version, choose pedmall/park filler pieces to decorate the space around the building anyway you like (just as I have done in the screenshots).
Both versions have the same stats.

There are two model files in this download. You must select the appropriate file from the download. The file suffixed with 'DN' is for those users with a night-time darkening mod installed. The file suffixed with 'MN' is for users who do not have any such mods installed.
If you are unsure whether you have a night-darkening mod installed, then choose the Maxis night version.
If you use the dark nite version, you will need a dark nite mod. (http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/23089-simfox-day-and-nite-modd/)
