I dunno, dude. This region is over 10 years old, from a few PCs ago. There are a ton of plugins missing. Even the MHO wasn't originally there. Things have changed so much

Show us your Overview of your City/Town

Connasequot - An old mill town at the confluence of the river that bears the same name, this once-mighty textile town has faded from its former glory. Metropolitan suburbs have extended to reach the city along the river valley. Freight rail runs along the riverside while State Highway 18 separates the western urban edge from the old streetcar suburbs. Many of the homes here are multi-family, and in a state of disrepair. The median income here is low, and people are less educated than the regional average. Tight streets reveal cookouts, guys revving cars, stoop kids, and the breeze off the water. Fans for the home team can enter and exit at street level, and go to the bars after the game. Visiting team's fans have to take the long walk up the hill! The mayor's statue is a nice way to enter and exit the city, where the Riverside County Courthouse graces Veterans Park with its stately presence.- 500 Replies

Sorry I'm late, but i'd just use the magic eraser on the new stub and build a parking garage (or anything with visual avenue connection) at the entrance. Is that lazy? lol

Please help :'( I have a street light replacement issue related to mas71's japanese t21s, RHD version. Anybody have this issue? What is the affected street light? Some prop is missing and it's ruining my life with boxes. I've installed all the dependencies, so I think... This looks terrible, I know it must be a simple fix, can I just un-replace the file? What's the easiest fix?

Presenting, a WIP project - this is a scale accurate snapshot of a half-finished Manhattan island. I started working on this a few years ago, and stopped due to time constraints. The street grid is scale accurate where it's laid - now it's up to you to finish it! Mostly finished from 14th to 155th, and a bit of the Jersey side, including the (working!) western portal of the Lincoln Tunnel and Route 495 Helix. I'm abandoning this in favor of TCC's more expansive New York Harbor map, which I'm very excited to play! I'd love to see your take on the finished product - will you build the real streets or design your own network? Several NY landmarks are plopped in their real life locations as, well, landmarks. You will see the ones you already have downloaded, and brown boxes will appear for the ones you don't. Feel free to download or bulldoze the extra landmarks. Requires RHW47+ for FA networks and highways. -
Masterpiece - ornate, well-planned, and useful in diverse situations. Did you make a football shaped Colosseum for us? Kitschy almost, very creative and fun element to a very serious set. I love the whole set, it's Gothic to the max. The buildings' scale and size feel imposing, true to form imo. Your included parks will serve me well Thank you, 5 stars Only request is a few diagonal and FAR models (18 degree and 26 degree rotations) in vol2 pls+thanks!!! <3

Housing developments by the highway. Pure suburbs

I've been putting together some common layouts of American postwar garden apartments, using a Maxis prop! Includes various sizes and shapes - these are commercial CS$ lots so they'll grow along busy corridors on oddly shaped lots, just as they do in real life! Some wonky sizes include 5x10, 4x8, 4x7, 7x7, 7x4, 3x5, etc - these are really handy for lightly densifying residential areas, while providing a few jobs to corridors that may be underserved. I set up the courtyards for these first models really similarly to each other, for uniformity. This way you can achieve a 'complex' look using multiple repetitions of similar lots. There will also be some smaller standalone lots, as appear irl This entire project uses an invisible building model and a maxis prop, the Army Base Office. Funny thing is, these apartments irl were originally an adapted barracks design! Coming soon <3 FTG

I've been filling in my southern Suburbs lately: This is a bit of a blighted area. This is what the region looks like: The main city tile is further north, and still under development as I decide how to tell its story. I love the ballpark, and the ridiculous highway. Can't wait to keep plugging on this one. Been a few years in the making. Taking cues from Boston, SF, and Lower Manhattan when crafting elements of the downtown district
