Happy summer! These beach cottages are based on some old (Coast Guard?) barracks, turned vacation homes, along the coast in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Some have been lifted off the ground by their owners through the years due to storm surge flooding. 1x1 growable R$$ lot, Chi/NY tilesets Nightlighting included // no dependencies necessary- 1 Comment

Would anyone kill me if these got released with no night lights? The way the windows are constructed is going to make lighting them a very tedious task. Unless someone wants to take over the project. I'll still put out the FA versions but if there are any volunteers for doing nightlights on the ortho versions, hit me up! I'll send you all the files and you can take credit

Break the grid! Think outside the box! 2 sets of taxpayer buildings that you might find on any main drag just about anywhere. If people react positively to this style, I will make more pieces for variety. Comment with some FA shapes and sizes you'd like to see in-game! Screenshots encouraged Includes: 2x 1x1 ploppable landmark with overhanging prop. Nightlighting enabled // no dependencies -

Wow Korver!!! Thank you for showing us this insight into how you create True Earth. Your series always inspired the community to rethink the limits of SC4, and hopefully seeing your creation process will allow others to break their personal limits.

I love your work! Your networks and layouts look the part and they always shout Texas to me!! Bet it puts some miles on the odometer, huh? So many bendy tertiary and secondary roads just to get to the arterial. Not a critique of you but of the real thing haha. I'm from NJ live NY so I have never lived in true suburbia like this before. I love a walk to the grocery store. Does it feel... restrictive? I've often wondered what it would look like to imagine a network of driving paths that are mildly inconvenient (Texas style) supplemented with very straight, easy, broad, and attractive walking and biking paths to encourage citizens to use better means of transport in order to get to work/school/shopping/etc. Anyways, very cool re-creation shaping up and I'm sure it will feel like a time capsule one day as Texas urbanizes quickly through the next few years

BREAK THE GRID!!! A few different offerings of the same gas station concept. The download includes: one 2x2 growable C$ property one 1x1 ploppable LM lot (45 degree) two 1x2 plop landmark lots (right and left rotations) They each have nightlighting and no dependencies are needed. -

This is a pretty simple multi-family construction, typical of the post-war housing boom in the US after WWII. You can spot homes like this all over New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and other East Coast states. This one is a little different (to me) because the upstairs units have a separate entrance in the rear. These grow low density stage 4 on the Chi/NY tilesets. R$ 1x2, 2 lots included. Thanks to those who have been enjoying the HD uploads, cheers- 6 Reviews

Hi all, these are just some very Jersey houses. I brought them into the game from a model I found on the 3dwarehouse. The name comes from the Amboys in NJ, and the narrow, historic homes that line their streets. 1x2 and 1x3 R$$ lots included. They are stage 4 and grow at medium density on Chi and NY tilesets. 5 building models, 4 garage models I made these quickly/didn't test them extensively so let me know how you like them!- 5 Comments

Hi all, I've been experiencing this bug with the 8S / D1 ramp. Is there an easy fix? I have been getting around it with puzzle pieces but it's not exact. Additionally, I am running NAM 40 so you may have already fixed it. Thanks in advance!

Thanks! the crop duster strip is very very close to what I'm looking for! I wonder how difficult creating an airport is (I'm sure not very,) I'd love to make a 1x_ version of this, literally just a dirt strip that planes can use lol. For example, many remote towns in Alaska rely on unpaved landing strips for deliveries of supplies
