Hi all, these are just some very Jersey houses. I brought them into the game from a model I found on the 3dwarehouse. The name comes from the Amboys in NJ, and the narrow, historic homes that line their streets. 1x2 and 1x3 R$$ lots included. They are stage 4 and grow at medium density on Chi and NY tilesets. 5 building models, 4 garage models I made these quickly/didn't test them extensively so let me know how you like them!- 5 Comments

An additional set of Brick Canal lots, for narrower applications. These lots all center on a one tile wide canal, mainly seen as storm water run off canals, and other smaller uses.
