    Love the billboard. Any chance you know how to make billboard's with flashing lights advertising casino's, concerts, movies, etc, like something you'd see in Vegas? NYC TImes Square? Just a suggestion. Hope to see more billboards.

  11. For those of us who are not tech savvy, if we are using a disc version (not a digital version) of SC4, will these work okay? Just wanted to be sure before downloading. And, great work, btw! Thank you for these items. Compatible only with the digital version (1.1.641) of SimCity 4 (Microsoft Windows and Linux only).
