Yunika Building, Shinjuku, Tokyo First time I've done a building in the Shinjuku area in Tokyo. This is one of the central buildings in Shinjuku upon existing the east side of Shjinjuku station. Yunika Building, built by Matsuda Hirata Sekkei (MHS), was built in 2010, and it's first tenant, a Yamada-Labi appliance/electronics store, occupied it within the first decade of the building's existence, before Yamada had financial struggles during the pandemic and moved to a building in the west side of the station (there is currently a merger proposal from rival electronics chain Edion in Japan). Labi is the brand Yamada uses in urban areas. In 2022, Alpen Sports opened a flagship store as the new tenant of this building. There are eight above-ground floors as well as two basement floors in the building, and they sell over 350,000 sporting good items, giving us one of, if not the largest sporting goods store in the world. Floor breakdown: Alpen Sports/Sports Depo occupy the two basement floors and the first two ground floors. Basement 2F: Baseball and softball, as well as MLB/Nippon League memorabilia and other team sports, as well as an area for Japanese brand Mizuno. Basement 1F: Racquet (pickleball/tennis/badminton/ping pong), Volleyball and Swimming. Ground Floor 1F: Running, with simulated running tracks, and basketball, as well as sports jerseys from around the world. The NBA is heavily represented here. 2F: Soccer/World football, with kits of every kind, the latest boots, and equipment. 3-5F: Alpen Outdoors, a camping superstore for all your camping needs. North Face, Patagonia, Columbia, and Coleman are big brands here, as well as the Japanese brand Snow Peak. 6-7F: Golf5: A golfing chain in Japan, which sells everything golf related, including craftsman made specialized clubs. The 6th floor has 3D scanning to give your hands the perfect clubs. The 7th floor is full of golf simulators to test your clubs. 8F: Alpen Mountains. For your mountain hiking needs, and a haven for people who hike places like Mt. Fuji. Snowboarding and skiing are also represented here. If you're looking for more specialized sports like American or Aussie Rules football, rugby, cricket, hockey, this is probably not the place to find that equipment since those aren't sports that are played as much in Japan. There's also an array of restaurants, pharmacies like Matsumoto Kiyoshi and Welcia, financial services, and salons/wellness centers in this central building of Shinjuku. Let me introduce you to the second release of a series of station LOTs, which is called Heretic Urban Rail and HSR Terminal and Station Project (in short: URHTS). In the second release you will meet with the Heretic CounterPoint Shinjuku Rail Station, which has subway, carpark and bus station function too. This readme contains all the necessary dependencies for this station. Also let me tell a little background story. I've met with the Shinjuku Complex lot at the very fist time in Samgoogolplexian/@Moonraker0 SimCity 4: Let's Play Pinecastle youtube videos and I started using it in my first city attempts from the late 2014. Than later in 2015 when I frist started to use the Lot Editor (with a huge lack of knowladge about anything), this complex (the West Wing more precisely) was one of the first relots what I've ever made to change the rail textures and some additional parts. This is one of my favourite station complex in the game and in the past couple of years it got many alterations. Now I feel it's time to give one of them to you. Some of you may know that CounterPoint is a bit of special part of my capitol city in SC4 (Noir City), partially standard European, partially very parisian and there are parts of it which recall more Far-Eastern architechtures. The last (now released) version of the Shinjuku Station Complex is the main central station of CounterPoint. For me, I like to mix the different styles, that's why the Japanese station complex got very western additional buildings on the East Wing (this is v1) and since it was made mostly for my CounterPoint City part I call it CounterPoint Shinjuku. Although some of you might not like this mixture, therefore I made a more japanese looking version (v2), and I call it just simple Shinjuku East Wing. The dimensions for both wings were changed compared to the original LOTs made by @tepodon. The two wings has different stats, you can see these into the readme, and only the West Wing has subway cover. If you find any problem/issue or you have any further question about this or any of my projects, please, visit my development thread on SimCity 4 Devotion. Installation: Copy the "Heretic Projects" folder from the zip (or unzip it) into your plugin folder. If something wanted to be overwritten, you can accept it, that's OK. Highly recomended to keep the provided folder structure, because all of my uploads have the same format, and since sometimes I'm working with included dependencies (such as textures or descriptor datas) it's better if these "included dependencies" are in the same place. If you unzipped the upload, you may delete or remove the "Documentation" folder from your Plugin Folder. To uninstall, bulldoze any instance of this plugin in your city, then remove the file(s) from your Plugins. Soshi Ward (素子区) is a main business district of Nanohana, Nakama and also the largest economic zone in the whole Nakama. Its also the location of Nanohana Metropolitan area administration centre. I'll post 2 picture for this update A view of Railway on Soshi (east of Soshi Station): Northern Part of Soshi ward and bordering with Katorea Ward just in the north of the Canal. I will post the better picture of this ward later (hopefully soon)- 6 Comments

Shinjuku Station is a train station located in Tokyo, Japan. Serving almost 4 million people every day, it is the busiest train station in the world. 12 different subway and ground level train lines converge on Shinjuku Station. Shinjuku is the main transfer point for residents of Tokyo heading into central Tokyo from the suburban western Tokyo. Enjoy my rendition of Shinjuku Station. The station functions as both a bus and subway terminal in addition to being a passenger rail station, its capacity is 4 million. For maximum enjoyment you should use both the East and West Wing next to each other, otherwise it will look rather strange. The station has a capacity of 4 million, and also acts as a subway and bus terminal. The station is divided into two blocks, the West and East Wing. It is best to use the two at the same time next to each other, otherwise it will look rather strange.
