Very happy to see the community back!

This is a fantasy creation: the Northa Flats. Lately, I have been inspired by those ugly, boxy-looking apartments being built in gentrifying neighborhoods.

- Medium & High Density

- Medium Wealth Residential, corner lots

- Houston Tileset

Staff Edit: For Mac users, the atachment below contains a 'modified' version the won't result in game crahes. No other changes were made to the content. Thanks to @bhmantan for providing the file.

Ugly? Perhaps. But this is a model that keeps the game feeling modern and fresh, and it's useful in that it helps fill the midrise "gap".

We are blessed with skyscrapers a-plenty. But an urban core is filled out by midrises like this. And for a 20+ year old game, a big effort is required to keep it feeling contemporary. This is a very useful building and I am grateful. It's well-textured, modeled, and modded. 5/5.
