    It's just example, You can use any mod You wish, just have to remember to do it carefully. Plugin folder should be organised in way allowing easy navigation for You - almost any method is correct. The way You are organising files looks good. This is my folder with some subfolders (pre datpacking). Is it ideal? No. Is useful to me? Yes.

    When You launch SC4 Game Engine loads files in folowing order: First core files (simcity_1.dat etc) then goes to Plugins folder and loads .sc4model, .sc4desc and .sc4lot files in alphabetical order by folders (ex. Aaa/file1 -> bbbb/other_file -> cccc/1/another file etc.). After that game loads .dat files in Plugins folder (also in alphabetical order). If two or more of files in Your plugins have the same TGI, only one loaded last is used. For example: You downloaded file supertower.sc4lot, containing file with TGI 00000001-00000001-00000001. Later, You downloaded new version called new_supertower.sc4lot with the same TGI. In this case, old file overrides new because loading order is new_supertower.sc4lot -> supertower.sc4lot. Some time later You download third version - supertower.dat. Now load order is new_supertower.sc4lot -> supertower.sc4lot -> super rower.dat. So third file overrides first and second. Or in live example: To use SAM8 override mod properly it have to load after NAM, to override base SAM8. This is when You use ZZZ folder - to be 100% sure, that it loads after NAM, You can place SAM8 override here. I hope it helps a bit.

    If anything, unless You downloaded plugins very carefully, I would add folder ZZ (to load its content last), containing various overrides, like texture replacement, sidewalk mods, airport controller, LRM, fixes etc.

    First and foremost - You should make buildings only to Yours enjoyment. Do what is best to You. If this means no or fewer BATs we will accept this (of course I hope for something opposite). I like Your style and can't wait for next release.

    Great idea! Browsing STEX for files (especially older ones) was extremely time consuming. What if file fits into several categories (e.g. building sets, IRM fillers etc.)? Can file have multiple categories? And where we can fit jobless ploppables?

  15. Hello! In Reader You can copy properties from another, already made building (ex. Co$$$ or Police), delete unwanted ones and tweak values. Or You can use PIM-x and generate balanced properties on one click.

  17. Blockers in main IRM W2W block either base IRM, or base IRM W2W. They are on easy to find folder. Blockers You mentioned block addons to IRM i IRM W2W made by @T Wrecks
  18. If You want to grow both IRM and IRM W2W buildings You need to remove blockers and play without them. That's all You need to do. So: Ad 1) Yes Ad 2) Yes (because included buildings are great) Ad 3) Delete BOTH blockers in Base IRM W2W and don't install additional IRM blockers
  19. I've seen this video before. It not looks like proper gameplay video, rather some kind of visualisation. If I have to guess, it was some kind of pre-alpha presentation by dev-team.
