Regarding these two first buildings, by the look of this comment right here in the page you took that pic from, they're not available to download: I don't know about the last one, but since it has a very similar style, I believe its also a private Parisian work that he didnt release to the public (at least not here on STEX)

1. ELOARIA - Region view and City of Riu d'Oms
JulioC commented on kergelen's City Journal Entry in Eloaria Region
So beautiful! I remember you MD* back in sc4devotion, even tho i was more of a lurker at that time so i dont know if i ever dropped a comment there. anyway, i always liked your work, and nice to see a revival of your region, specially since mediterannean cities were never the most common style out there, so it's good to see some diversity! Great work!- 4 Comments

Hey there guys - I'm presenting you with a pack of 17 residential buildings. These 3-storeys buildings are very common here in Brazil - and I believe it would look good and match the environment of other tropical places around the world as well. They come in 5 different models with 3 to 5 color variations. Nightlights included. Dependencies: MS Motokloss 60s-70s Car Props As always: any criticism, reviews and problems, just write below or in my BAT thread. -
6 months and 17 BATs later, I finished my 3-storeys latin american building pack I will release it in the following hours/days. In the future I expect to create some kind of expansion pack for it

That's Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. Not much to say how I got there, the white roof reminds me of Mexico, and when I saw all the big/medium cities and couldnt find there, started to look for it in nearby regions, Central America, Puerto Rico, until I got to Republica Dominicana. Couldn't be Santo Domingo since it has a coast, so I looked on the "countryside" and found it there. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Next city:

You're totally right - that's Sanya, Hainan Island, China! I had the same thinking proccess as you, it was really reminding me the style of cities like Hong Kong and Macao, but less crowded. Tried looking for it on South Korea and Taiwan. Went a bit south and found it on the island of Hainan. ---------------------------------------------- Some cities need more zoomed in pic others zoomed out :S if you guys need another pic just ask me!

City Showcase: Bahía Herradura
JulioC commented on Girafarig's City Journal Entry in Welcome to Isla Bonita!
I'm pretty sure I already said that but I need to repeat it: I really really like how you work with the hills and the terrain. It makes your cities look a lot more interesting. Good job with the port and the new neighbourhoods too. Keep it up! -
Good job, very parisian vibe you got in this city. I really liked that hotel on the hill, good job working with the slopes
