I'm also working on a set of novel region maps that will update a previous grayscale file.  The map below generated from processing of a photo is levelled for city building,  The preview window in the game shows the image before the isometric angle is applied by the game engine.   The preview is interesting as an abstract piece of art itself, eyes open/shut effect.   The city-tile as well has some interesting abstract effect from different angles of view.   SC4 is now surpassing 3D and 4D, and cutting to the chase, going for 5D.   Add some HD and off to Hollywood we go!

Yeah I saw that one.  Its just plain nasty and ugly, masterpiece though it may be. *  But I'm going for the full dimension of refinement of taste of the beast.   My movie picture morphs into a lion head and chows the demon from Mars.  Kubrick Lives!!  Okay back to work...

    @korver

The first part-time job I ever had was as a "Christmas Wrap" boy in a Bullocks in the Del Amo Plaza Shopping Mall in Torrance.  (That store was much closer than the one up on Wilshire and a better place to pick up girls.)  *:kitty:

And the sign makes me think of Spielberg's "1941" !!  *  You know the late Mr. Hefner largely paid for the last refurbishment of "The Sign" as a tribute to the Golden Age of Hollywood.  He was a big "Bogey" fan.

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

    The cuckoo clock !

    WORK IN PROGRESS --

    THE JADE BIGHT II

    WILHELMSHAVEN SOUTH:

    (Click to make bigger -)

    Yo, guys --

Got a few quick pictures for you -- still up to my eyeballs in landscaping.  I'm beginning to see why some people largely ignore the landscape, or minimize it.  Too many streams -- too many trees -- very tedious.

This is the riding stable belonging to the Kaiserhoff Hotel and Resort.  If you're bored with the swimming pool, worn out by tennis, get seasick in your boat, and can't hold your liquor in the Gentleman's lounge -- then there may be a place for you down at the stables !

We've got the main stable area with a paddock, a suitably large pasture for the horses to rest and roam, and several miles of trails.  If you're adventurous, you can slip off the trails and ride along the shore of the bay as well.  The truly daring can even slip under the bridges and ride down to lighthouse point.

    w9jwn1l.jpg

On the left we have the Equestrian Stable where the instructors give lessons and train new horses.  They also provide supervised trail rides for our guests.  As you can see, the horses themselves are a great draw for crowds and will line the fence to get attention from the tourists.  On the right we have the "working" barn -- tack and feed, a few stalls, and the paddock -- where the more experienced riders mount up.  You can also see the pasture area where the "off duty" horses spend their leisure time.

    4sUYjKH.jpg

Here we see the trail along the bay.  At the head of the trail, two riders have stopped for a brief chat, while farther along, a trail ride is in progress.  Small boats frequently anchor in this secluded spot for "boat parties" and are a source of curiosity to many riders.

    RH7i0cG.jpg

And finally, after a long day in the saddle, you see two riders making their way through the wooded fields toward the south gate.  A hot bath and a change into formal attire -- with cocktails before a sumptuous dinner -- followed by brandy and cigars (for the Gentlemen).  All one needs now is a charming dinner companion to round out the perfect day.

Maroon Bay Cowland my late CJ aswell hosted horse riddng schools. Horses and details  wheren´t as detailed as these pictures. Plopable horses I searched without result, time consciderations. That adjacent barn matches very nice with the school; relot, know the creator ?

    Well done !

The stable on the left is the PEG Riding School -- and the other barn may have been part of the download.
