Buildings must go on some kind of LOT, and this LOT is the best we have seen this year.

So much more to this lot, it really stands out from the pack. Timed/family props all over the place, modular size and totally custom textures. You only need to look at this lot for a  second to realize your looking at something special. Just jaw dropping work on textures.

We feel a sneeze coming on due to their dusty realness, because industrial structures have never felt a more reverential touch.

While not strictly a building, Nick's aqueduct set allows SimMayors to complement their industrial areas with a highly versatile, extensive set of pipelines that includes everything but the kitchen sink and makes all past uploads in the same vein clearly show their age. Diagonal, height transitions, bridges... it's all there, and the possibilities are virtually endless.
