@matias93 I am flattered that you asked, thank you! Still relatively new to PIM-X but once I create a decent number of lots I would definitely be open to sharing them on the STEX.  Would probably just need a bit of help making sure everything was good on the modding side.

@scotttbarry: Aw yeah, SoCal style! That is a fantastic start and I really like that you're giving the mansions the HD treatment here. Looking forward to seeing what you can do with matt's McMansions.:)

Also minor issue, but there's some texture bleeding/Z-fighting going on there with the stacked overlays by the left-side entrance.

@huzman Thank you!!

@T Wrecks Tried to do the little triangle exit sign like that pic you posted but due to the minute size and the angle of it, you cannot see anything, therefore I created the exit sign above the service door instead. I also made the end piece with 4-3-2 sequence. removed the last panel row and post. Having 1 concrete panel at the end looked unrealistic.

@airman15  Thank you!! Radial curve are not on the radar. I would have to create dozens of separate overhanging pieces to make it work. (a logistics nightmare). Case in point, I'm in the middle of solving the FA2 and FA3 (fractional angles) conundrum at the moment. The only way to make a viable setup is to create 3 tiles long overhanging parts. I will show some pics once I have a viable jig ready.

@MushyMushy Thanks! Curved slope tolerant pieces are a totally different beast. Its very hard to create curve on slopes due to the variable radii geometry involved. The game is too rigid. BUT ya never know what I could eventually come up with *:D

@scotttbarry Thank you!! The graffiti are freely available textures from the big wild internet *;)

@kingofsimcity Yeah that issue is indeed bugging me.  Have been trying to search for solutions here and on SC4D but can't seem to find a thread about this.  As far as I can tell it's not in the PIM User Manual either.  I don't really know what the issue actually is itself, and searched what you said as "z-fighting" and came across this https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=14332.0.  I'll give it a try, but this thread is describing from what I can tell an issue that has to do with the video card, not the game.  Or is this a problem I can fix with PIM or Reader?  Thanks in advance!

@scotttbarry Z-fighting occurs when you have more than one overlay texture stacked on top of each other (provided they visually overlap each other). It happens on lots made by the Maxis Lot Editor as well, and as far as I know it's just a game limitation. There shouldn't be any other ill effects from stacking overlays on each other though. If you want to avoid it, however, you'll have to modify the textures.

@Simmer2 : splendid graffiti ! Those walls will be something to see !

There is a place in Quebec-City where the underbelly of a dreadfull elevated highway (that eviscerates a whole part of the city), has been given to artists -- among which graff' artists ;  the pillars that support it are decorated with faux-relief frescoes and some other, more ordinary but nevertheless colourful graffitis. I wonder if that could be adapted for SC4 EL Highways :

@scotty222, Do you mind if I copy your idea for the tunnel highway? It's glorious.

@tariely I drove by there last summer. Yea they are amazing but the possibility to use them on SC4 Highway columns is.....zero. Furthermore due to the isometric view of the game, you would not see them very well.
