This is a set of growable lots based off of some very poorly coded and lotted sets of growable lots made by SOMY, originally found on his website. This set consists of 7 growable lots. They are all medium-wealth residential lots ranging from stages 5-6, either as 6x6 lots or 4x4 lots.
The lots look exactly like SOMY's original lots, typically with a small placeholder building and extensive use of building-as-props.
The lots have been coded as standard Maxis building styles (all of them). None of the lots are Wall-to-Wall. This set is also part of my upcoming new Building Styles mod: Modern Urban Japanese, to be released soon.
INSTALLATION:
1. Download and extract all files and required dependencies and add them to your plugins folder. To keep them organized, copy or extract the entire subfolder structure included in this archive.
REQUIRED DEPENDENCIES:
SC4D LEX Legacy - SOMY Dependencies Pack.
This set uses the following files from this pack:

Extract the required dependency files by running the javascript file. Follow the instructions for the linked dependency to install it correctly.
