Long overdue, these are the Maxis-made residential buildings which have had the potential to break the grid in easy ways. 

This download includes easily-placed relots of the following vanilla SC4 residentials, all lotted as eyecandy LMs:

Buechner Apartments - 2x3 - fits around 2x2 curve

Martin Apartments - 2x3 - fits around 2x2 curve

Ngo Manor - 1x2 - fits around 1x1 curve or right-turn slip lane

Sheehy Condos - 2x2 - fits around right-turn slip lane or 2x2 roundabout - overhangs lot slightly in other direction

I will take a second look at others like Vernon manor, Bartlett, etc and make more determinations.

Stunning!    Beautifully done, especially the one with the green roof and the other with the pool on top.  Hope to see more variations as well.   Thank you!
