I cannot grow this building at all. Is there certain conditions to get it to grow? I would really love to see it in my city

I'm trying to make a grand Beaux Arts style city center with 1960s type planning for massive plaza space but with huge buildings. I thought of DC and Paris and using real city centers from Google Maps as a reference.

This makes me really sad because some of these folks probably are dead, these buildings are beyond amazing, and I dont know from Adam how to even start doing a BAT.

thank you so much for finding the last one so quick. but the middle "h" building in this photo. the grey building. cant remember what it was called but when it was built it was the largest office building in the world and is much longer than this model. Equitable Building?
