Suicide Bomber in Manchester Arena - targets Ariana Grande concert

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-manchester-40010124 It happened at about 10:30pm last night in Manchester Arena. There were also nail bombs on the suicide bomber too. So far 22 dead, 59 injured. Sometime today police will confirm it was a Muslim, that he was probably on a terror watch list or something of the like. So Wahabbism and its terror related affiliations strikes again. The last time Manchester had a terrorist attack was in 1996 when the IRA detonated a truck bomb, at least the IRA were kind enough to send a warning 90 minutes before they detonated. -
Here we see MANCHESTER the 4th largest city in GREEN COUNTY its a nice place to live and play its a mid size city wit parks a train station and busy downtown. The city sits do north east of CLARK the nations largest city MANCHESTER has a small but busy regional airport that is well used to the max. The city is fun to shop in and wine and dine in the downtown area. The city is home to M.U are MANCHESTER UNIVERSITY home to over 56.098 young minds that love to party hard and work even harder to reach there start to getting a good job in the real world. RIY AND HACKNEY are on the other side of the Genes river the 2 towns have nice homes and wonderful schools ans one large park with ferry service to most of the nation the 2 towns also have train stations and buses that go in to the hart of all the large cities in the area as well as MANCHESTER. The MANCHESTER area is full of life so come and stay and enjoy its views.

This is a large map of the southern half of north west England. There is enough space to build the whole of Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Blackpool, Warrington, rural Cheshire and the suburban sprawl which runs all over the place! The map is of a 1:1 size, so is very big, but fun. The only problems with it are the mountains to the north and east. Thats the Peak District National Park...but when lightening the map enough to be above the water level, the tops of the hills got 'clipped' - I couldn't find away around the. I have attached the greyscale imagine to this for anyone who is able to fix this. Also...You might see all the ponds/ small lakes near the coast. These aren't really there as its all marsh land which has been channelled. I decided to leave them in as this is meant to be a map of the area before it was build on and tamed. -

Manchester Unity Building, Melbourne, Australia I'm supporting NYBTs Art Deco Month with a series of three Melbourne Art Deco buildings. #1 Manchester Unity Building The Manchester Unity Building is located on the north-west corner of the intersection of Collins Street and Swanston Street. The building's opening was celebrated on 12 December 1932 and for the first time the lights illuminating the tower and spire were turned on. The building is of concrete-encased steel construction, with the exterior cladding of terracotta faience tiles. (source: Wikipedia) This is my 15th BAT. The Manchester Unity Building is made available in the following versions: A ploppable Functional Landmark. G'Day Simtropians, Today I wish to present a map of Manchester, Recently I was asked to make this map and a few days later informed my services were no longer needed. Oh well I had a map and it had no home, until now. Manchester was first settled sometime before 79AD when the Romans built a fort there. Since that time Manchester has never looked back. This is a real world map, produced with dem and satellite date. Wouanagaine's mapper or terraformer is required to import the .sc4m file into one's game. It is terrain and scale accurate. A readme is included detailing instructions and links and a picture. That's all I think. No there is something else, The map troll is not a troll, he is just a jealous and spiteful old man. Interestingly when he went on holidays last christmas, amazingly no ones were seen anywhere. I thought perhaps he'd lost his log in, until he showed up again and so did the ones! I was going to stop making maps after about 50 but then I thought if it craps him off so much I'll just keep going, Now I have more than 350 maps, Ha loser. Personally I don't like anonymous rating, if one is big enough to dish out crappy ones then one is big enough to stand up and give a reason. I think it is time for the Admins to out this person, high ranking, good standing, whatever, so be it. What with so much analytical software on websites these days it is not that difficult to track button clicks and log them, even my web site has some ;<). Cheers- 12 Comments

Huzzah for Towers clad in Solar Panels! This is Manchesters fine 1962 CIS Tower, at the time the tallest office building in Europe standing at 118 metres. After it's 2006 Solar Reclad the tower now generates all of it's own electricity. Ploppable CO££ 4800 (a LOT less than the Plugin Manager suggested by the way) 5x5 Dependencies, none... hang on.... Albert Bridge House Albert Bridge House was completed in 1959 and for a few months was the tallest office building in the UK.The tower now barely makes a dent on the skyline, however is a great example of 1950s British Architecture.
