This is a collection of 5 different rock mods in HD resolution (1024x1024) to be used with any HD terrain mod (e.g. Pyrenean & Appalachian Terrain Mods). They can be used with standard definition terrain mods as well, but any tiling will be more visible. Note - In order to utilize hd textures you must be rendering in hardware mode, otherwise you may experience a crash to desktop. Installation Unzip to your plugins folder and choose only one of the 5 files, store the others in a safe place. To avoid conflicts ensure you have no other rock mods installed. Dependencies None Credits All textures by shokthrpy. Support If you encounter any problems please visit my BAT thread at (Mod Edit: Link removed, SimPeg is no longer there )... for support, please ask in the SC4 Bugs and Technical Issues thread, where someone should be able to help you. -

The SHK Parking Pack is a combination prop and texture pack designed to enable lotters to create varied and distinct parking lots with little or no need for multiple dependencies. This project is the result of many months of work with the overall goal of providing everything I could think of to make any configuration of parking area needed. There are 3 parts to this download, textures, vehicles and parking props. Textures Contains a set of 5 asphalt and concrete base textures as well as a few overlays for bridging connections at various points where other textures meet. In addition there are 2 files which contain the bulk of the overlays. Two identical sets have been created utilizing both white and yellow space lines, that when used correctly work as a texture changer to enable utilizing either all white or all yellow space lines for any lots. Vehicle Props The largest part of the pack is the vehicle props, starting with 150 single timed and untimed vehicles in both orthogonal and diagonal varieties (300 total). In addition there are a large number of orthogonal and diagonal timed clusters (68 total). Both the individual vehicles and clusters utilize a special timing system that along with the included prop families enable the creation of ever changing lots with little to no chance of repetition. * For full details on this system and others within this pack, please refer to the included documentation. Parking Props A collection of over 100 props to add character and life to your lots, everything from shopping carts to speedbumps. *Note - This download contains no lots, it is intended as a dependency for my own and others future lots. Credits Props, textures and modding by shokthrpy. Special thanks to my fellow Nightowls Paeng and Murimk, for without their knowledge, assistance, determination and occasional prod with a sharp stick would this have ever been possible. This is a suite of "new" water mods based on the wave pattern of an old standby, Peg's much revered Brigantine. Due to the different texture tiling properties when using HD terrain mods (namely Lowkee's Appalachian and Orange's PTM), older water mods will not scale correctly to the terrain and look odd. Thus I have taken the original Brigantine and effectively doubled the resolution, as well as created 7 other colors utilizing the same wave pattern. *Note - In order to utilize hd textures you must be rendering in hardware mode, otherwise you may experience a crash to desktop. Dependencies None Credits Thanks to Pegasus for his fantastic work on the original! Thanks everyone.
What mod did you use for the curving streets like that in your picture? I've been looking for that mod forever.
That's just part of the NAM.

Most people have a rather strong aversion to the standard Maxis palms, and I can certainly share that sentiment. However for those of us who like to create tropical landscapes it seems a shame to give up the palm tree when we can just replace it. Here I present a simple mod I created for myself that will replace all Maxis palm trees with Heblem's excellent variety. This includes all street and road palms, as well as any instances on standard or custom lots. In addition I have configured this mod to place only the large Heblem palms on streets and roads, but use a family of the large and medium type on any lots using the Maxis palms. Lastly while it's impractical to test this with every single street mod out there, I did test this using Jeronij's Street Side Mod and the SFBT Street Tree Mod. As long as this file is run after either of these mods, all aspects of them will remain unchanged with the exception of the street trees being replaced with Heblem's. This is a fairly in-depth MMP of CSX's Jacaranda trees created by Colyn. Included are 5 separate files any of which can function on their own or all together, so you are free to pick and choose which you would like to keep or remove. The first two are seasonal sets and require the Seasonal Flora Patch in order to function properly. If you do not plan to use the seasonals this dependency is not needed. The original prop set is a 4 stage seasonal, however due to the limitations of MMP's only 3 stages can be used. Because of this I have created two seasonal sets: SHK_CSX_Jacaranda_Seasonal_A.dat - A more realistic seasonal where the trees will drop their leaves. SHK_CSX_Jacaranda_Seasonal_B.dat - A more colorful seasonal utilizing the floral, summer and fall variances. *Note - For proper seasonal alignment, it is necessary to pause and plant on the 1st of September of the simulation clock. The remaining 3 files are individual sets for the Summer and two Floral varieties, as such they are static/non seasonal. SHK_CSX_Jacaranda_Summer.dat - Stay green all year long SHK_CSX_Jacaranda_Flower_A.dat - A bluish purple variety. SHK_CSX_Jacaranda_Flower_B.dat - A pink and purple variety. All sets have multiple trees that can be cycled through with subsequent mouse clicks. I created this MMP out of my own particular affinity with this tree, and while it's certainly not for everyone, hopefully others can now enjoy it as much as I have. Dependencies CSX MEGA Props - Vol06.dat Seasonal Flora Patch For All Terrain Mods - Only needed if using the seasonals. Credits Modding by shokthrpy. Original models by Colyn of CSX. Support If you encounter any problems please visit my BAT thread at /forums/topic/68471-plex-on-the-stex-community-support/forum/index.php?topic=9391.0 Additionally these lots will be available for download at the WorkingMan Exchange. -
Thanks everyone.
Very nice, but is it ;possible to make them MMP?
Technically it is possible, but it would be impossible to control the orientation of the buildings. Also depending on the slope the buildings would sink into the ground, or if made conforming would not be level.
