    yes agreed. promenades would be great in my cities, but a closer view or a link to a larger picture is neccessary before i download.

    this is fantastic! however, this BAT and most of your other BATs are available only in ploppable formats. do you think you could include growable versions? i really want to use your buildings, but plopping makes me feel guilty :(

    what IS this thing?!? it is ugly as heck! the design of the building, that is; fortunately your BAT skills are through the roof! the reflections are phenomenal, and the detail of the base is incredible (whereas many people don't put enough detail into them and they lose realism because of it), seriously the base is so realistic that i'm trying to peep through the windows to see what the stores are selling! haha but anyway incredible work, too bad the building is rather disgusting imo 10/10

    good. base is a little bland and doesn't blend well with the building, but the model is quite nice.
