Hi!
This is the third building from the Spanish capital Gran Via Street set. It is mainly a residential building, but I've named it after a hostel it hosts. Once again this is an example of the architecture in Madrid from the first decades of the 20th century. Please be merciful with the models, they're my first ones and I've realized they'r slightly unproportional and undetailed. There are two versions in the zip: a R$$$ growable version and a 370-job provider CO$$$ ploppable landmark.
