Hi Everyone! The "Circulo de Bellas Artes" (Calle Alcala, Madrid, Spain) hosts a centre for the promotion of the fine arts. The building, finished in 1926, has been declared Artistic Historical Monument. In the game it is a ploppable landmark that provides 825 CO$$ jobs (consdering jobs and theatre, cinema, exhibitions and cultural activities as a joint source of transit). Enjoy! No dependencies -

Hi everyone! This one is a catholic church, once again in Gran Via, Madrid, Spain. I found it attractive as it looks colourful and refined, and at the same time it can be used as an eye-catching variation in our W2W european streets. As usual, I've modded it to provide some transit (call oit whatever you like: jobs, tourism or even religious attendance). This time it is 303 CS$$ jobs. Have a nice time! Hi! This is another building from the Spanish capital, located at the crossing of two of the main streets in Madrid: Alcala and Gran Via. This one is an office building and a lesser tourist attraction, so the ploppable version provides around 750 CO$$$ (I consider tourism, leisure and trade as a kind of transit as well, so I tend to set the number of jobs over the reasonable size-occupancy proportion). The model is a corner-version, since I appreciate being able to plop nice-looking façades at my diagonal streets. I'd have uploaded a mirror version as well, but I have a big problem with my textures, B.A.T. and mirroring (they turn around unsanely!) If someone kindly wishes to help me with that, I'd eternally thank him. I think that's all for now. Enjoy and thanks! NO DEPENDENCIES- 26 Comments

Hi! This building is a simplification of the Hotel Senator in Gran Via, Madrid, Spain. It's been rearranged to fit the proportions of a 2x2 SimCity building and it is meant to be used in a wall to wall block. It includes three versions, CO$$$, R$$$ growables and a ploppable landmark with more than 300 CO$$$ jobs. Enjoy! No dependencies- 13 Comments

Hi! This is the third building from the Spanish capital Gran Via Street set. It is mainly a residential building, but I've named it after a hostel it hosts. Once again this is an example of the architecture in Madrid from the first decades of the 20th century. Please be merciful with the models, they're my first ones and I've realized they'r slightly unproportional and undetailed. There are two versions in the zip: a R$$$ growable version and a 370-job provider CO$$$ ploppable landmark. Thanks again and enjoy! Dependencies: none- 24 Comments

Hi again! This time I've uploaded a commercial service building from Gran Via in Madrid, Spain, which is just part of the same block than my last lot. The zip includes both ploppable landmark and growable version, CS$$$ around 150 jobs. In the actual life this building, more than 90 years old, hosts a cultural and leisure centre for military personnel and a bank office on the ground floor. Enjoy! Dependencies: none- 13 Comments

Hi everyone! This bulding is inspired in the Royal Church of Caballero de Gracia in Madrid, Spain. This is the first of a series of Lots I'm meant to create from Spanish buildings. Being a beginner, I'd thank any comment on my work. I know the model is a bit rough (even botchy), but I'm working on it. It's a ploppable landmark with 105 CS$$ jobs. Obviously, there won't be so many people working in a church, but I like to consider tourism as a kind of transit, and creating non-existing jobs is the only way of giving some realist attendance to this sort of buildings. Thanks again and enjoy! DEPENDENCIES: None.- 13 Comments
