No thank you. It looks nice! I like the layout too, but it doesn't fit into the computer formula for SC4, which requires all lots to be 6x6 maximum, unless it is a challenger lot, like the airport, or zoo, or country club, etc.

This is very much something which is a personal choice depending on how one wishes to play SC4.

Lots which are 6x6 or larger can still be used like the 10x8 sized power plant @Simmer2 has expertly created for the enjoyment of the community. Of course, if personally not feeling a particular item of content is best suited to one's own play style, that's for each of us to decide and make our own judgement on.

lol you should see some of the other lots I have released over the years. It makes this one look like a post stamp in comparison

I want to recreate Oklahoma City and Green Bay but I'll need some buildings. Can someone please make the Scissortail Bridge, Chesapeake Energy Arena and Lambeau Field? I really need them to see these cities recreated. PLEASE HELP ME!!

@reg, yes it will be released very soon once testing is finished. 

On the BAT request thread, an image was posted of the Vandamm House from Alfred Hitchcock's classic North by Northwest. No such building actually exists in real life (the movie just uses a few painted scenes to depict this Frank Lloyd Wright inspired modernist cantilevered classic), but it was still fun to make an 'inspired by'.

I have modded it to have the benefits of the mayor house but no need for power or road, and also you can MMP right up to it after you have placed it on the side of the hill.

Why, you sneaky B******!!! I was going to do that. Why does your's cantilever over that cliff? BTW, they did build an actual set of the house.

For punishment, I demand that you make Mandelay Manor from Rebecca, the bell tower from Vertigo, and an exploding gas station from The Birds.

The movie name is "North By Northwest" - Alfred Hitchcock - 1959 - starring Cary Grant, Eva Marie Saint, and the incomparable James Mason.  Possibly the best of Hitchcock's mystery thrillers !!
