It's called Voodoo Doughnuts, a rather famous doughnut shop in Portland, Oregon and also has a few locations in other cities in the US as well. Mine's a semifictional recreation of the Davis location in Portland. Mine's a little wider and more fitted for the game. I've had a lot of RL stuff going on lately.

I was going to use this donut sign for a different project but I decided to use it for this.

Wow! I’m excited! I really like the sign as well.

"If you try to please everybody, you often times end up pleasing nobody, especially yourself. When somebody offers to do a favor for free, like making a mod for SimCity 4, you shouldn't be overly critical of something generously given to you. In other words, you shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth." - Twilight Sparkle after playing SimCity

"Being a mayor or a content creator for SimCity 4 is a heavy responsibility, Patrick. Each city and each custom content is like a child, and must be treated as such." - SpongeBob Squarepants after playing SimCity

"Without deviation from the norm, progress is not possible." - Frank Zappa

"The wisest men follow their own direction." - Euripides

Caves...since I couldn't con anyone into making me any. *:P

Caves are one of the most significant natural features missing in SimCity 4 custom content!  We at least have a few MMP rock arches, although normally those are less common than caves are.

First successful attempt at actually using RHW instead of resorting to back to MHW. Took me a while to understand how to use RHW... The RHW 2 leads into a road, with a road interchange before tapering off, probably eventually stretching into farms/residential areas. Before ending, the RHW 2 has a MIS ramp which leads into the RHW-4, for mostly uninterrupted continued regional access.

Looks good.... I didn't have much luck in playing around with it.... seems more convoluted than MHW, which by comparison is pretty easy to use... even I can do it *:D

I know the arches you're referring to. Unfortunately, they're very small and unique to only one place on earth. There is a lot I use frequently for mining called "arids extraction".

What makes it interesting is that it's basically a hole in the ground. It really stands out as a union of man-made and organic. Maybe you artists should start contemplating using nature for inspiration rather than all these square boxes you've gotten used to making. Really, how many more commercial buildings do we need? Ploppable mountains, rock formations, caves, etc. would probably get more DLs than, yet another square box. Look at how many likes I got over a lousy hole in the wall I whipped up in LotEditor and did a little terraforming to. Imagine what people with talent like you guys, could make. "Think outside the box" I believe is what the man said. Think vertical as well as horizontal is what I say. Google "rock formations" for some inspiration.

Clean shirt, new shoes
And I don't know where I am goin' to
Silk suit, black tie,
I don't need a reason why
They come runnin' just as fast as they can
'Cause every girl crazy 'bout a sharp dressed man

Here, make an entrance in ZZ's beards.

Love it!  Any chance a more urban setback version with the parking in the back could be lotted before release?

Thank you so much, @mattb325! It's excellent, you are the master! I showed those screens to my colleagues who played SimCity, they were amazed and excited with the idea of playing with meteorites *:D

What do you think about showing you some other new buildings from Kraków or Warsaw? As I said, there are plenty of nice ones *;) of course, I assure that I don't want to overuse your generosity, but maybe there would be something that you could find interesting? :)

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !
