Thanks!

Vancouver becoming a very nice city ! I´d like to know how you constructed the  RoadTram bridge ? NAM 36 ? As the waves sugest no canal like bridge is used. Have seen much like, still like to suceed to create such like structure. Studied some matrials and tried out some dragable GLR without result. Thank for this entry !

Luzern & Vierwaldstättersee II !

Terraforming finished I added some more road and rail infrastructure to make it more a realistic. Luzern road acces is a real nightmare as some short and long distance being seperated. Rail travel is as good as it can get, I even integrated the Luzern over Meggen, Kussnacht to Ahrt Goldau commuter service on the map. Luzern the main area, rail links to the virtual Bern and Zurich are added aswel. Now first thing first !

Luzern to Risch-Rotkreuz area !

BwjdRnV.jpg

Luzern street patern mostly establishe. Luzern aswell Rot-Kreuz station upright. Luzern - Ahrt-Goldau commuter in the middle !

rYVW8tr.jpg

East of Ahrt-Goldau the rail link to Zurich and some agriculture zoning, before you forget it !

Luzern will not be like Bern or future Zurich, this CJ will mostly  be about traditional swiss scenery, some industry and a little entertainment !

Enjoy !

La Brea Avenue was a "dead giveaway" -- but your MMP landscaping is really good.  *:thumb:

Makes me homesick for LA !  *:party:

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !

(Harry Lime to Holly Martins...Graham Greene's THE THIRD MAN...1949)

@korver

Whoa -- !!

It looks great -- as always !!  *:thumb:

But it looks so dark and foreboding......it brought to mind Fritz lang's "Metropolis" !!  You DO know how to call up an image from the mind !

Might I suggest a builder's shipyard scene.  I think you could do wonders with that.

Wow, you are really specialising in  a field that has hardly been explored before - nice going and impressive results! The things that can be done to this game modding-wise... incredible!

@kschmidt
See below.  I think it's a part of the NAM, but it is an El-Rail bridge, not a draggable GLR bridge.

Aunt Edith: I've fixed it by using the Disconnector-tool on the ElRail-stubs

Good idea that.

Due to the way such dual network bridges are coded, it's actually an El-Rail bridge at it's heart. Usually you need to run a road under the El-Rail on the first tiles after the bridge. Then remove the remaining El-Rail, without deleting the road intersection. But using the disconnector would have much the same effect, although I never thought to try it before.

working on more buildings (textures are going to change and so is architecture). I only had about an hour to work on both of these and obviously they need more work. Doing texture testing to see if the textures are viable at all. These will come in standalone as well as possibly a higher-end shopping center. The models I would use are a Whole Foods as an anchor, Ross, REI, maybe Ulta, Rooms to Go, and a fast-casual restaurant. A bit ambitious but give it a couple of weeks or so, I'm going to make the standalones first.
