Terrific! Looks great in Urban Areas
  2. Water Street Brewery

Beautiful corner shop that isn't too big or too small, looks good in any downtown city section.
  3. City Savings Bank

This will definitely look really good in my cities. Did you make the building in the far left of the first picture? I Can't help but think it looks great.

I once attempted to build the Guardian Building in Minecraft, and while I finished about three - fourths of the building, it must have taken me about 20 hours. It really makes me appreciate anyone that attempts to replicate the Guardian in any game. It looks great!

First National Bank & Trust Building, Orlando, Florida Description: Construction commenced on the building at 1 N. Orange Avenue in 1923. The 10 Story building was completed one year later, designed by famous architect William Lee Stoddart in the commercial style with touches of renaissance revival and Beaux Arts styling. During the depression, it was owned by the Florida bank. Today it sits derelict, having been abandoned for nearly 15 years. The building's future is uncertain. Why this would be beneficial to the game and / or the community: This structure would serve as a placeholder for cities transitioning from towns to cities. Although there are many buildings of this size and design are available online, most of them tend to be stone and granite colored. The building's color tone and it's size would make it identifiable among adjacent structures.

I don't know if you guys have already seen this, but when the "coney island" building was torn down, something rather neat was revealed on the brick building right next to it... https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4112699,-83.1121638,3a,15y,192.5h,90.33t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sFRRQ9m_go3s41EMrx8eu9Q!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

This looks nearly identical to the 1927 courthouse in Orlando, Florida.

This would look nice in the center of a cemetery

The way I see it, what you guys are doing with the mipro project is much more than just creating beautiful buildings for a video game. In twenty years, some of the buildings that were modeled in the mipro project will be *sigh* demolished, and people will be able to get a good look at these buildings in other ways than just google maps. Mipro is helping to preserve Detroit's rich history. Well done!

    What about the Guardian Building?!?
  13. Shy Dude's BATs

Here I am in 2016, still waiting for an upload of that Second Empire house... I like your stuff, Shy Dude, you make quality BATs. I loved the lighthouse, also. That's one of my favorites.
  14. Low Wealth Small Shops

Undoubtedly one of my favorite buildings in the game. It certainly helps fill the gap between the taller buildings and the in-game one story buildings. If SC4 would need anymore of a particular type of building, it would be this one. It goes reat in central business districts, and equally good in small town main streets. Thanks!
  15. BAT Request Thread

Ramsey Building, Winter Park, Florida Description: Built in 1882, the building is one of the oldest in this town. It was remodeled in 1914 to it's current look, and has served as a drug store for many years. Why this would be beneficial to the game and community: There are too few small commercial buildings in Simcity 4. For small towns, and central city sections, we need a wider variety of small 19th/20th century structures that contribute to a community both in historical context, and for realistic purposes. Nearly all North American communities have buildings similar in design to the one i've requested, but have been mostly overlooked by the SC4 community.
