Let's see if soon I can upload this building but before i have to solve some issues related to exporting with 3dsmax 2017 in windows 10. Does anybody is bating with 3dsmax 2017 or 2010?

OK! IT SEEMS THE PROBLEM WAS THAT I WAS NOT RUNNING 3DSMAX 2017 IN ADMINSITRATOR MODE.

Hey mattb325!!! thanks for your answer. Sorry I've commited a mistake with the image explanation. In Import options is not appearing the file. Can you point it from 3dsmax? Have you ever had issues with 3dsmax 2017 in the importing proces?

Hey people! whatzz up!! Can anybody help me with this issue? The problem is when i want to export de LOD to gmax it seems that everything was done fine, but the file is not where it should be. Any idea? INFO: i'm using 3dsmax 2017 with bat4max v5 with the reddonquixote fix and gamma fix as well. EVEN IN SC4BAT IT DOESN'T APPEAR!

I'm testing the new NAM 40 and i found that the Real Expressway mod (REW) is no longer available. Isn't it? or maybe i'm wrong and the REW functionalities are integrated in another mod? Hi everybody!/ Hola a todos! Thanks for downloading Primavera Building by Ohdude. This is a fictional 2x2 nighlighted Co$$ Ploppable Landmark Building. It is based on Norte Building, downloadable from here: As a lot i've added some maxis default props so feel free to editate the lot. You can find it in the Landmark menu as Primavera Building CO$$. IMPORTANT: There are two versions: Dark Nite (DN) and Maxis Nite (MN). Just choose and install one of this, no both at the same time. You will need Simfox's day and nite mod for Dark Nite version: https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/23089-simfox-day-and-nite-modd/ DEPENDENCIES: No other dependencies needed. Just Simfox's day and nite mod. INSTALLATION: Just Unzip the content of this file into your Plugins Folder. UNINSTALLING: Just remove the folder with the files from your Plugins folder.
