Very cool! It reminds me of those apartment blocks seen in Pruitt Igoe, as seen in the film Koyaaniqatsi.

Excellent work - I'm always glad to see more quality R$ stuff that isn't covered in graffiti/trash/looks like its been through a nuclear war....ie just decent homes for those who aren't millionaires. Thanks for sharing.

Thoughtful modeling of a mid-20th century design, wonderful texturing and lighting, and sumptuous lighting. A PIM check shows the growable modding is well done as well. A real treat that helps broaden the residential offerings for our lower-income sims, and the 5x2 lot gives them a good chance of growing and showing up! thank you  they grew well and look like the low wealth projects built in the 60s    the  trees really help make for a more pleasant living environment
