    Hi everybody!/ Hola a todos! Thanks for downloading Norte Building by Ohdude. This is my second BAT and it is a 2x2 nighlighted Cs$$ Ploppable Landmark Building. The lot doesn't have any decorative prop, just the building. So feel free to editate it. Maybe i will update it with some props and other textures. You can find it in the Landmark menu as Norte Building by Ohdude. IMPORTANT: There are two versions: Dark Nite (DN) and Maxis Nite (MN). Just choose and install one of this, no both at the same time. You will need Simfox's day and nite mod for Dark Nite version: https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/23089-simfox-day-and-nite-modd/ DEPENDENCIES: No other dependencies needed. Just Simfox's day and nite mod. INSTALLATION: Just Unzip the content of this file into your Plugins Folder. UNINSTALLING: Just remove the folder with the files from your Plugins folder. DISCLAIMER: This Lot is presented as it is. The use of this download is at your own risk.     Coming soon ! Providence Garden City. Last CJ´s I developed the peninsula countryside and some remote island´s. Next CJ we return to town. What a town ? Some familiar Cityhall; rest will soon follow soon, when we take a flight to this lovely city ! Hope you will join me to discover this remote city !

Hi Simtropoli, I have this weird issue in one of my cities: I am getting no office development and few residential skyscrapers, I have high demand for CO-$$$ high desirability and am getting the "Sims scout for office advantages" message. I currently have low residential demand but have over 26,000 sims and when I do have demand I get few larger buildings. Ps. I have NAM 31 and CAM (no lack of jobs (No job zot nonexistent) Thanks for the help, willsim
