Using the SFBT Pre-Fab Elementary school i noticed I never have enough SFBT Mega lots and SFBT Pre-fab lots, wich are necessary to unlock the school.

I search it but I'm a little confused. Could someone tell me which can i use?

Using the SFBT Pre-Fab Elementary school i noticed I never have enough SFBT Mega lots and SFBT Pre-fab lots, wich are necessary to unlock the school.

I search it but I'm a little confused. Could someone tell me which can i use?

Based on the description, it sounds like the school is a reward lot. I think to unlock this lot, you need to have 4 of the SFBT mega lots OR 10 modern pre-fab buildings that have grown in your cities to unlock this. Think of them like dependencies - without them, the Elementary School is impossible to get (without cheating, of course  ).

Looking for diagonal parking lot (not just diagonal parking spaces on the lot). Or better yet a triangular parking lot utilizing overhanging props to fill in those pesky corners created by an ortho/diagonal street junction.

I believe that is one of those lost bats. Its by bobbo but from what I recall, he doesn't have it anymore.  A member of the community may have it in their files though.  They may help....hopefully.

I  have 2 mega lots and 1 prefab in  plugins. I can say they definitely do not add to the count to unlock the school. When you hover the mouse arrow over the greyed icon, does it show any progress? In cities where I have some growed it doesn't.

I modified LUA script for the school to have new requirement; get 25,000 R$ sims to unlock. More flexible. Can be hovered to track progress.

All I get is something like 6 mega-lots and 1 pre-fab in one city. But seen not all the SFBT buildings count as these, I wasn't sure what to download.

There a several mods to chnage the water, you can add land mods to this... and snowcap mods. there are also mods to change the shoreline to more beaches or rocky shorelines. I can't list all the possibilities

Maybe the reason why both of you can't unlock the School is because the School is BSC Tracking Enabled (BTE) and requires the Regional Tracking mod to unlock:
