Taking an existing building and giving it a new lease of life is an important skill. This award goes to the member who has created the best reLOT this year.

In an extreme example of ReLOTting, Nos. 17 has truly saved some great buildings from death with his rescue of the B62 buildings. It's hard to pick just one, but I have to go with B62 Remastered: Lowes Home Improvement & Distribution Centers, because I don't see this respectable chain get a lot of love in SimCity, and the LOTting is superbly done.
