I cannot help you with #1 - it must be by a Japanese batter, not sure, but the other 2 are by bandito and his Cologne series:

I tried the lot using the SG mega prop vol01 file along with the other dependencies (did not use the irrigation canals) and didn't see any difference between how the lot appeared in the game and the picture on the download page. Perhaps it's included in the mega file

The first building is by Raika - I believe it is his Sender Grand Hotel but I can't seem to find it on his website (http://simcitymemo.seesaa.net/)

but it is included in this prop pack on SC4Devotion - you would need to create the lot though -

I'm afraid that's Andisart's Burj Khalifa. He started working on it in 2005 and put 6 years of effort into it when he inexplicably disappeared and abandoned the project. The thread was locked In 2011 but we can always hope it will get finished one day

I am afraid it is impossible to get those as road medians. All Bastet69008's cities are created in the Lot Editor, so none of it is functional. The medians are most likely a prop from LBT or HBS (although that is a random guess). As for the houses, I have no idea... Sorry

Can somebody please tell me what Terrain mod Haljackey uses in his "Building a City from Scratch" series. It looks like either the "Columbus" or "Meadowshire" Terrain mods, but his rock mod is a good looking brown texture, not unlike the greyish "Missouri Breaks" texture that comes with the Meadowshire Terrain mod.

The park is called Sao Sing Sa. Still can't find it unfortunately. Let me check my backups. Maybe I can fish it out of there.

For seaside buildings, Pegasus has a lot of them that might fit what you're looking for. They are part of the Old Wooden Waterfront (OWW) series and they all have a somewhat New England feel to them. There is also a Seaport Village (SV) edition and a beach set which have shops and other fun lots. Here are some examples:

 

 

And more can be found in Pegasus' file page.

 

There are at least 20 different lots that go with these buildings. And just a heads up, there are dependencies required for these buildings.
