Been doing some stuff in a while now. Thanks to the three day vacation starting Wednesday, I might be able to do a lot of SC4 stuff. 

 

Here is an upcoming update from my CJ: Don't mind the apartments in the lower right, block maxis mod doesn't work for me but they'll be gone soon...

Interesting with very nice shapes. I like the functionalistic/modernistic design. Do you plan it to be a terminal, as in "airport terminal"?

i have been meaning to show these for a while now...
there are only 2 cities in the region at the moment, i started this one to get traffic flowing between them so the highway networks looked alittle more used...

this is what i have so far...








i wasnt sure what to do on the right, so i just put a bike path in a forest so it didnt look empty...


i just really like the way the school and library fit, especially with the diagonal parking i put infront too...

My current region just broke 500 000. Currently working on the city island airport, a small regional airport modeled after Toronto City Airport. Any suggestions? Things to change or what I should do somewhere new?

This is a quick mosiac I made up to show the city/port area I am working on. For those interested, the freeway that goes straight over the port (the mainline) has bridges at ~30m above sea level, but the branhc freeway (for local traffic) has its bridge at ~23m - just some random info for ya!

I need a new testing region, and it's weird to see nearly only Maxis buildings again (except 3 or 4 special buildings). Then again, there's the NAM and some trees, so it's funny how much of a difference that still makes.

 

 

I haven't seen these accumulations of always the same apartment buildings in a while, in the usual mix with McMansions. Oh well, onto the next city.

Here's one I started about a week ago.  I tried something new with the lowering of the shore for IND's.  It seems to work out good, so far.  Longshore is completely served by SUBWAYS, so the traffic is minimal.  I like that because I do a lot of UDI scenerios.  Enjoy...

I've got about 5 bldgs like this right now, and I'm continuing work on this as we speak. I've 3 towers and 2 low-dens residential like the one above...in ruins.
