Llama Herders 2016

The llamas had been missing for a long time, some weren't even sure they would ever return. Then, one day reports started coming in of llama sightings. Word spread quickly and soon there were llamas bounding down every street and alleyway in Simtropolis. All it took was an extraordinary group who worked day and night to wrangle all the llamas back into their pen. The second great trixie migration they called it!

Simtropolis Socialites 2016

These social butterflies have been keeping this site running in their own little ways. A small flap of their wings here, and their good deeds are seen reverberating around the site. These guys cover it all, from site bugs, to current events. Thanks for all your hard work!

Best Narration 2016

This award goes to the City Journal that makes us feel at home in the city, providing familiar landmarks while telling us the story of a city

For turning a seemingly simple mayoral election into an intense can't miss, edge of your seat, kind of event. SimCoug achieved that feeling of thrill the news channels achieve during election nights, the characters were very likeable: just two different politicans with different ideas on how to run the city. A really enjoyable read even more enjoyable when looking at the pictures. 

Best Historical City Journal 2016

City Journals introduced a new way of learning from history. From the Roman Empire to the 19th century, some players decided to go beyond the four predetermined tilesets and write their own little part in history. This award goes to the member who has better told us ancient stories and ways of life.

2016 marked the return of perhaps simtropolis greatest historical journal after nearly a year long absence. SimCoug continued to chronicle the rapid growth of the New SorGun region while also narrating the fascinating stories of the characters who live within that creation. Quite honestly, it feels as though I'm reading about events that have taken place in our world and not just a simple work of fiction.

Stylish Staff 2015

Have you ever seen a more stylish group of individuals? I don't think you have, it's impossible! There's a cheesecake, two Dinosaurs, a superhero spider, a sentient iron, a pony or two, a sheep, a cougar, a couple of buildings, a flag in a ball,  some picture frames, a cute little troll, and a bunch of people with super hair! 

Thanks to this bunch of super stylish mods our site has stayed free of fashion faux pas.
