We Miss You, Come Back 2016

In an online community such as this, people come and go as Real Life Syndrome takes over. Sometimes, we lose someone who we really would rather have kept among us. This award goes to the person we miss the most and wish to hear from in the next year.

Huston is a very gentle and skilled member. I believe he's not so active any more due to studies, but I miss him anyway.

In the Spirit of the Games 2016

This team created a range of brilliant Brazilian BATs to commemorate the Rio 2016 Olympics. They demonstrated the spirit of the Olympics therough their combined efforts, collaboration and team work.

Challenge Coordinators 2015

Thanks go to our the team behind Season Two of the Simtropolis Challenges. This season saw a lot of growth, and a couple new faces leading the way. We thank you for your dedication as the fun and frivolity our members enjoyed wouldn't have been possible without you.

Most Luminous Illuminator 2015

Lighting, or more specifically night lighting, creates such completely dramatic changes to the way we view our BATs in game. This award goes to the BATer who provided lighting that is the most realistic, most technically advanced, most beautifully fitting, or even the most outlandishly eye-catching.

Simply, the nightlights are amazing; they're both photorealistic and very visually pleasing. All of the lights blend right in with the rest of the city yet stand apart at the same time. It is an impressive achievement.

Best Remake Of A Building From Older Sim City Games 2015

Huston often uploads very diverse stuff and may get overlooked in those categories where he's present therefore, but I think he deserves some recognition for doing very interesting stuff and niche uploads, and all at stunning quality! His remake of SC3000's Aquilina Building is very interesting due to building choice, the rather obscure and fascinating RL inspiration Maxis had for that building and, most of all, the ace quality of the final result which shines on its own, but also brings some sweet nostalgia to the game for old SimCity fans

Best Science Fiction CJ 2015

The member who wins this award really deserves a lot of credit for designing cities and a region that we could only imagine in a Science Fiction novel.

Huston blurred the lines between SC4 and Mass Effect in this CJ, almost retooling all what we know about CJing. He showed us that perhaps, you don't need to build cities in order to show your stunning work. Mass Effect is a great example of what a creative player and mind can create when thinking out of the box, and how to attract viewers who otherwise wouldn't be that interested in pure, raw science fiction.

Best Grimy SC4 City Journal 2014

This award goes to the CJ with the best dirty, grimy, yucky, garbage/crime infested cities. Quite a few cities out in the CJ's have some nasty areas. This award would go to the best grimy city in the journals section.
