Included in the download are two zip files. One file is for use with SC4Mapper to install. The other file is for use with the In-Game Render function. Download whichever file works for you.     Here is a litle modification for the vanilla radio station. I changed the wrong light and removed the effect at the top. I added some props, changed the overlay textures and deleted the parking. Hope you enjoy it! Installation: Just put the bat file in Plugins The next Reward that I will modify will be the TV Station. I found out that this one have the same wrong light like the vanilla Radio Station. As you can see, I have a light mod installed. The name of the mod is Day and Nite or something like that and it was created by SimFox .The installation is the same, like this mod.

  4. My SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition's rush hour buildings are becoming brown boxes. If any fix is available please inform. You may also ask for some more info. I think i need the rush hour data files. I have the rush hour buildings prop file, bit i don't know how to implement it. I tried to use it through sc4 lot editor and pin, but both are having errors. The former shows "unable to read registry" and the latter shows some python log files. Please help.

    Description Real Time Offline is an offline version of the mod Real Time made by dymanoid. It adjusts the time flow and the behaviour of Cims to make them behave more realistic. The features are exactly the same as the original mod, however this version supports both online and offline use. That means that once the mod has been downloaded, there is no need for an active connection with the Steam Workshop anymore. A more detailed description about the mod and its features can be found on the Steam Workshop page of the original mod author, dymanoid. Installation This mod is incompatible with any other version of Real Time or Real Time Offline, including the Nexus Mods version of Real Time maintained by Metzgermeister. You can only use one version at a time, they do not function together. Move the folder containing the mod named "2126383845" over to the directory "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods\". Launch the game and see if you can enable it in the content manager. After that, the mod is installed. Enjoy. Always ensure that the path ends in "\2126383845\" after it has been moved. Compatibility The mod dynamically applies compatibility patches if it detects some incompatible mods, that conflict with it without those patches. Remember! In order for the compatibility checks to trigger correctly, the conflicting mods have to be in directories named after their respective Steam Workshop ID, just how Steam names them. Mods in directories with names other than their Steam ID will be skipped from compatibility checking, but will be mentioned in the debug console. While mods with compatibility modes are not strictly incompatible, certain functionality will be disabled and the Real Time Offline may not function as you would expect normally.   6. Lately, in 2 different cities, I've had the same issue with middle- and upper-class neighborhoods being massively abandoned due to "commute time". The whole nighborhood becomes unemployed, then abandoned, and then occupied by lower-class residents. All of this despite a lot of "black" streets, avenues and highways, public transport and local services (schools, clinics etc), high desirability and land value, and plenty of both commercial and/or industrial jobs right around the corner within walking distance. I have installed the Network Addon Mod and then some other mods. It's possible that the NAM can have caused this, but otherwise it should've prevented this due to the complete extermination of traffic jams and such.
  7. For some reason, I can't change tax percentages. Each time I try, the tax goes completely zero. I have SimCity 4 Deluxe and I've added a few mods including Network Addon.
  8. I'm completing developing a fork of Rush Hour mod which improves Public Transport statistics in the following way: 1. In the original Rush Hour mod, station/stop passenger counts are being reset every few minutes of in-game time. I've changed that to properly collect statistics for the in-game week. 2. In the public transport view, now each station/stop is depicted with a circle with size proportional to its usage during last week. Plans: add limit to # of passengers waiting for a bug/train (now you can have 100's of Cims stacked on a bus stop which irritates me so much).

  10. When you start UDI mode in the game, the amount of traffic generated is drastically reduced. This is intended to make driving around easier, plus it probably lessens the demands of the game on your computer. Is there a possible way to eliminate this so that you get the full automata in UDI mode? Would make for a more immersive (and difficult) experience. Example: 5:05 in this video. A few seconds later, UDI mode ends and traffic generation increases like 10x. Thanks!

    This one is another Relot Riff, on D66 Serenity Plaza, which is another mainstay of mine. But I wanted it a little less somberly ornate and so a little more… serene. Which is why my relot is called Serenity Garden.     Please view it in full resolution to see all the custom lotting and MMPing before you cast your vote! A scene from an upcoming update for my CJ, True Earth. There's plenty of crowded streets across the globe, but not many get as busy as those of Africa. From the crowded streets of Nairobi, Kinshasa, and Lagos in this case, just about every major African city is constantly buzzing with thousands of people and cars, and the ongoing flow of activity never seems to cease. Street vendors and hawkers add to the traffic even more, and once you get stuck in traffic it can take an hour just to travel a couple of blocks. As you can see in this picture as well, markets will occasionally spill over into the streets, blocking off important travel routes and causing the congestion to intensify. In order for most people to just make it across town, the yellow 'danfos' (buses) that you see everywhere are a vital part of city life - but they in turn cause the traffic to worsen even more, so much so that they were actually recently banned in various places across the city.
  13. Does anybody know how to exclude that brown building from the growable buildings lists of system, so as not to appear in game? I don't know the English name of that. Or any mod that prevents area of 4*4 from being divided or growing 4*3 building will work for me. Thanks

Here's my problem I downloaded a simcity4: RH with 12 parts from hotfile and after downloading and extracting them all I receive the Following file .DS_Store 7kb peanutbutter Rush Hour.002.dmgpart 512,001 mb peanutbutter Rush Hour.003.dmgpart 128,329 mb peanutbutter.dmg 512,006 mb what should I do next? there is no "read me file" or what ever discription written inside the extraction folder and upon checking th site there is no guide what I should do next. Please Help me
  15. Note: This is in reference to Windows 7 64 bit / 1 step instant guaranteed performance and running with absolutely ZERO CRASHES EVER! Over time, I've read so many 'fix's' or attempted 'fix's' for installing and successfully running Simcity 4 on a windows 7 PC, from setting the affinity, or switching to compatibility mode, administrator, or windowed mode. I've tried pretty much all these and I still had problems, and I know of many players whom simply have held on dearly to the XP operating system, which is now so far out dated, considering it was released 12 years ago. The problem people have with installing Simcity 4, rush hour or whichever, is they allow it to auto install in the C:\Program Files (x86) directory, as we know, any changes in this directory require admin authorisation, and for some reason it just does not work well with Simcity 4. I simply installed it in C:\Program Files, note that it is not the (x86) directory. This directory has free reign and does not require admin for changes, anyways the point of all this, is I have now clocked over 120 hours of game play, with over 200 plug-ins, and had absolutely not 1, crash. I have it running on max graphics, max everything, and it runs perfectly. This fix is so simple, so extremely basic, I'm not sure why I have never seen it posted anywhere on the net on any site, perhaps this has already been covered, It is something so basic, I would be surprised if it hadn't already. But the main thing is, IT WORKS! Mechalic * Note : Please post on here, if this has worked for you as well
