    A mid-sized beauty of a department store. Like the simplicity of the design and the roof detailing. The back is no mess- rather creative I'd say.

  5. Can't open file after downloading. 7-Zip states not an archive. Windows states invalid. No luck using the Web.archive.org link either. No issues with the other 2 lots I downloaded. Thanks for the great finds.

    Dee, My system is similar to yours: Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SimCity 4 Deluxe (from Steam, Ver 1.1.641.0) Screen shot for my installation: For starters, I download new versions of NAM to my Downloads folder in Windows Explorer. Since NAM 47, I right-click on the NAM download and select “open with” to use Windows Explorer to open the download, not 7-zip which I usually use to extract files. I then double-click on the NAM-Setup .jar file to run the installer. These steps are what work for me.
