Starting a new region and first city tile to be generated and made is going to be a downtown tile. Here is how it is going so far. Despite me have been playing SimCity 4 modded for around 12 years, I still am really not good when it comes to making Highways or Avenues with NAM so if anyone would like to walk me through it on a video call or something of the sorts let me know and I can send my Discord Information over so you can school me lmao.

If you're encountering crashes with NAM 37, all you need to do is install the 4GB Patch, which is included in the NAM 37 download package (4gb_patch.exe). Open this file, point it to the SimCity 4.exe file in the game's installation directory, and click "Open". You should then get a window with an "Executable successfully patched!" message. Click the "OK" button. Your game is now successfully patched to be Large Address Aware, and you can run NAM 37 without issue. Since you're on the Steam version, you can find SimCity 4.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Common\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps.
The NAM Team does not support old versions (or their redistribution), so we can't provide any help with regards to NAM 36.

CAN SOME PLEASE HELP every time i load a city new or old it would load and then crash before it even loaded keep in mind i have plugins and i have SimCity 4 steam version please help -
