    Hello: I hope to put it well in the right forum. I have changed PC. I have copied the SimCity 4 folders from one PC to another. When opening in the new one, it asks me that there is no ms-gaming overlay. Instead, the Lot Editor opens it normally. What I can do? Greetings and thanks. Spain.
