Does anyone know where I can find simmer2 industrial dependencies or are they part of bsc dependencies pack on sc4evermore? Want to download their industry buildings but obviously sc4devotion is no more. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The beginnings of a new downtown

Completely understandable. The game series isn't for everyone, and I'm excited about doing this as a CJ series. I myself am wondering how it will turn out. -
The scene was set. Raccoon City would begin a new life here and now. The mistakes of the past have long been erased or forgotten. Umbrella first started out by clearing the land to lay down the interconnected streets of what will become the CBD. This new downtown will eventually be filled with gleaming new skyscrapers, high end shopping and retail, and multi-millon dollar condos. The Umbrella Corp had already attained a variety of multi national corporations and high end shopping names to be housed in the city. What they promised them is unknown even to some of those within the highest ranks of Umbrella. But they have already purchased their plots within downtown and began construction on their new buildings. The Raccoon Promenade...home to some of the most expensive retail and hotel rooms in the city. This is where the wealthy will be mostly spending their evenings and weekends after what they consider a long day. Eventually high rise condos and office towers will be built around the district. So for now Umbrella takes a step back and looks over what they have done, and are proud of themselves. People are becoming more optimistic about Umbrella's plans for the new Raccoon City. Umbrella also has plans for state of the art schools, single family suburban homes, and a safe, healthy, and happy metropolis. Or at least that's what I'm paid to say. So again we at Umbrella welcome you to Raccoon City. We hope you have a safe and enjoyable stay with us.

The beautiful river valley that will hold the future metropolis of Raccoon City. The main core of the city will be located on Victory Lake that is fed by the Circular River which flows from east to west and the Aimes River that flows from south to north. After the events that unfolded in the original midwest town Umbrella was in shambles and was beginning to collapse. However, being the major corporation they are they wanted to regain the trust they once had. So in a desperate attempt they announced they would rebuild Raccoon City to be bigger and better than ever. They searched all across the United States until they found this location and decided this was were they were going to rebuild the city. They gained funding from an unknown source and set about construction. They couldn't of found, according to them, a better location than this. The beautiful mountains that wrap around the valley on the north and west basically secluded this area from the rest of the nation. So they purchased the land and reformed Arklay County. Many were understandably uneasy about this announcement from Umbrella, but they promised things would be different. They promised a more beautiful and highly self-sustaining city. So people slowly started moving into the county with the hope that Umbrella would keep their promises. So with that being said.... We at Umbrella Corp welcome you to the new and improved Raccoon City. We hope you have a safe and enjoyable stay with us.

So as someone who as been apart of this community for about 7 years, and someone who has tried on multiple attempts to start a city journal and failed. I want to know how the community feels about having another city journal to look at and hopefully enjoy. It may not be as exciting as @korver True Earth city journal, but I hope you all will still enjoy it. I have put some serious thought into whether or not I wanted to delve into the world that is city journals, but I think finally I may be able to do one. I have taken some inspiration from The Story of a Mayor by @pcwhiz24 and will be detailing the slow natural growth of a city. This city may be familiar with those who game or maybe have even seen the recent movie that came out last year. It is of course a fictional city and this will be that city's alternate history and the events that unfolded not happened.
I hope you will join me on this journey as city journals are not my forte and this is just something I want to share with you guys.

School and my career have taken the front seat so I haven't been able to work on those journals but I definitely want to update it in the future when I have a some time. Korver is definitely amazing, crazy the details he puts in everything. Good luck with your journal, I'll pop in once in a while to check it out! Can't wait to see it! :-)
