That is a bus performing a U-turn, which they can do from all 3 lanes. It makes no sense whatsoever. They can also turn left from the far right lane. Because f*ck logic. -

Hi everyone I'm new here on Simtropolis. I'm Jason, 16 yo and I'm from the Netherlands. I've had SimCity 4 for a long time and recently started playing it a lot.
