    Sometimes I feel like opening it but there is already a very good offer of Batter's with patreon and I doubt mine will generate much interest. Perhaps the only new thing I can offer is civilian ships and props of all kinds.

    I was unable to export the entire building with this LOD, BAT4MAX gave me an error and then 3DsMax closed: I tested this LOD and was able to export it completely. It seems that complex LODs in large BAT's generate errors in BAT4MAX.

    I have almost all the Leopard tanks that exist but I stopped exporting military equipment a long time ago due to low interest. Maybe at some point I will update this "DLC".

    The building is quite low poly and relies on a diffuse texture so don't expect a beautiful glass material xD (If you use 3dsmax and want to make a much more detailed version, send me a DM and I will send you the 3d file). Difference between option 3 and 2 (2 is the one I will release, 3 is for my personal use). The building is so big that BAT4MAX wouldn't let me export the whole thing so I had to split it into 2. The downside is that at the farther zooms, you see distortion in the crop area.

    I've updated my "Monuments DLC". I'll be making lots for 3 of the new monuments in the next few days. Thanks guys for your feedback regarding the skyscraper. I will export option 2 for everyone and 3 for personal use. Now the problem is that BAT4MAX won't let me export it.

I'm confused... This is what the building looks like with real-world dimensions at zoom 4: 2. Here's what it looks like with real-world dimensions on the X and Y axis and 133% on the Z axis: 3. Here's what it looks like with the 133% scale on X, Y & Z axis: As always, nothing I have was modeled with SimCity 4 dimensions in mind, they are simply models with realistic dimensions that I want to reuse in SimCity 4.. Which one should I choose for this building? 1 & 2 have a 5x6 footprint in the game, the third has a 6x8 footprint (People are used to small buildings and overscaled props so it would look disproportionately large with the rest of the BAT's xD). Z axis = 133% X Y Z = Real- World/133% scale.

    @hugues aroux You're right, depending on the case, it can be covered with the props you mentioned. Yeah, it is possible to do! The car can barely pass through here xD My trucks seem to fit the LOD very well. (My trucks are the widest in the game so other trucks from other prop packs will fit without problems as well)

I was encouraged to export this type of props thanks to seeing your Scoty-Modular-Parking I'm pretty new to the props currently available as I have almost no dependencies/lots installed so I appreciate your suggestions --------------------------------------------------------- Looks like I need to add a version with a longer barrier WIP

    @smf_16 It would be great to have an online lot editor! Scaffolding. You can put it on the side of any building.

    I like your proposal. Separating by construction date helps to better classify buildings. It would also be nice if in each Building style the commercial and residential buildings were separated (Cyberpunk Commercial & Cyperpunk Residential) as this way you can have the Hong Kong commercial skycrapers without the possibility of a pencil apartment tower growing into your residential area.

  22. I don't quite understand your problem, but I assume this is what you want to achieve: Or maybe you want the floor to be included in the building, right? It's much better to export the floor as a separate BAT and use my method to avoid those shadow/zfighting conflicts. Here are 2 examples:
