    Hi, I've tried to register my copy of Simcity 4 and Simcity Rush Hour on the Maxis website but to no avail. Since I can't download the lot editor on the website does anyone know an external website where I can download it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I tried, I don't know how to install or use wine. I tried the read-me but it wasn't very intuitive.

    To answer your first question, I find that even just with elementary schools in an area the information query displays a high education level. The data overlay is the best way to determine which parts of your city are in need. I would check the average resident age data overlay as well, some residents are simply too old to make use of your educational institutions, especially if they moved in before there were any. As for the health issue, I would check the ambulance radius of your medical center, sometimes parts of your city are simply missed by the ambulance coverage (since its a circle). Hope this helps.

    Nice to see these flashback SC3 ideas! I don't know if its possible to edit the emergency menu so that there is actually a warning siren just like in Simcity 3! It'd be neat if it were possible.

    I find using U-Drive it missions is really useful when this kind of thing happens. If the vehicle you are driving disappears at some point on the highway you have isolated the problem piece.
