What is good when you have nothing to say is that you can always pretend to listen. Anyway it does not prevent to think!

Anclaje expands, one funicular and pavilion at a time.

(Anyone knows what texture I might be missing at the upper right corner? It's one of the AMPS transmission stations, and I checked and I've got everything. It might be something to do with the sandstone textures, which are Paeng's and a recent addition).

You are good with slopes, my friend! :thumb:

YO, GUYS ---

I have run into a problem, and need some help.

Apparently, I have the old, original, version of the SC4 Plugin Manager -- and it is not designed to convert MODEL files to PROP files.

I used to be able to convert models to props -- but had a recent crash -- and must have lost the correct software for that purpose.

Can anyone tell me what tool will convert models to props -- and provide a download link???

Help would be much appreciated......

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !

(Harry Lime to Holly Martins...Graham Greene's THE THIRD MAN...1949)

Nice try, my friend --

Looked under "Tools" and "Maxis Files".  Maxis files only listed the "PluginMan" file -- and that is the old one I already have.

I'm not sure -- really not sure -- but I think I need something called "PIM-X" to convert models to props.

ok but I do use the old plugin manager to make props  you just need to drag the model all the way to the bottom of the left side menu

Tried it -- got the prohibited "circle with a slash" symbol.

The only three categories in the left hand column are "models", "Descriptors", and "Lots".  No other category options and no buttons or slots.  The model file does not "drop" because there is no place to drop it.

PIM-X does convert models into props with simple dragging.  It's a pain to install to get the right DLL files.  However, here it is:

https://www.sc4evermore.com/index.php/downloads/download/29-modding-and-creation-tools/21-sc4pim

You'll want to install it carefully, following the instructions.  DLLs that are needed can be searched for and downloaded.

@Kel9509

THANK YOU sooooooo much -- !!  *:thumb: *:thumb: *:thumb:

I'm sure I had this installed before my computer crashed -- and must have somehow lost the program.

I stumbled across this last night -- but I was hoping someone would confirm this as the correct program BEFORE I went to all the trouble of installing it.

It looks like a real "buggar" to get installed -- but I will give it the "old school" try.

I will do my best not to impose upon you -- but I may need some help with the set-up -- and sounds to me like you know what you're doing.

THANK YOU, again -- this has been driving me up the wall...... *:thumb: *:thumb: *:thumb:

did you click on the + next to descriptions to open up the menu tree?   if that's not there then your plugin manager is faulty
