Very cool!  If you're ever looking for some additional I-HT inspiration...here is a Pfizer plant near where I live with a fresh modern look.  They're working on a component of the coronavirus vaccine here.

Thanks @nycsc4 and @dubaidude303. I actually took inspiration (albeit very loose inspiration) from an enormous pfizer in andover ma (if i had tried to recreate it, it would be something like 40 tiles, lol). That one is nice, and may make an appearance. Astra zenecas labs are so domestic, while pfizer shouts industrial might. Anyway, 'tis in game...

I also have a new addition available for download:

An offshore substation (OSS) as it is used in offshore windfarms to pool the energy from the wind turbine arrays and transform it to a higher voltage level to then transmit it ashore through the export cables.

Love the look of this region.  Which one is it?

Its the region of Hainan, namely a small-scale version of it (IIRC, a 1:6 scale). The real place is the large rounded island to the south of China. I'm modifying it somewhat because the terrain is really flat along the coastlines and because the rivers thin out too much to be useful, but in general I'm preserving its original geography.

3x3 sized retail pads, rotated diagonally to overhang on a 2x2 lot for diagonal networks.

Scheming for a way to add prop cars to the parking lots---everything else will be baked into the model. (signage, landscaping etc)

This is a negligible difference for the purposes of rotating existing 3x3 models for diagonal conversion.
