They're all in a prop family, so there's variety each time one grows. 1x1 and 1x2 lots:

I don't really know a lot about batting but it's looking really good. I guess it just needs a bit more work on making the textures less clean and maybe adding more roof junk. Keep on batting and I hope we can see some of your models on the STEX sometime!!

Maybe some electrical conduit running out of the ground and up the wall , than into the building. And roof vents for the grills and fryers exhaust hoods.

Some more hvac stuff on the roof, roof access.... Maybe a neon sign? Employee access out the back with some windows for staff restrooms. Maybe add some details to the walls that are empty... Like some artistic liberties by adding some column that could do up and support the roof, to give the building some style even though it may be fake stuff using plaster irl...

Gmax is plenty enough to do great stuff. My advice: Try to complete a small building first, like a house for example. If you try to make a huge skyscraper first and get blocked by not knowing how to make it prettier, of course you're gonna find yourself discouraged. Also don't take into account the comment so or like system..... This is a 17 years old game on a forum (in an age where everyone use discord or other buzzsocialmedia things) so there isn't as much activity as there was in the past. Just take your time and do things for your own enjoyment. It's what I do with my BATs... I model them for myself first and then release them. And if someone isn't happy about X or Y thing on it well that person is free to not use it.

It is quite sad what is happening to the Aral Sea due to man made dams.  That is the largest failure due to dams is the world but also just one of hundreds (many in the USA).  They are working on removing dams in the Northwest US to help redevelop Salmon populations.

Currently, this is my work of San Fransisco Bay Area.  The black square I am very proud of with lots of curves and FAR pieces.  The white circle is my next area of work. I believe my region views look better than my city views.
