Hi everybody!

@art128's contents that were formerly uploaded to SC4Devotion LEX then onto a third party cloud drive, now have become officially available on SC4Evermore.
Check out the Art128 Contents

Most of the contents have been updated so it is highly recommended to run the cleanitol with the installer and remove any previous versions from your plugins.
Optionally in the ~Documents folder in the main ZIP you can find a collective/master and by using either the newer nos.17's SC4 Cleanitol or the older BSC Cleanitol tool you can search and remove old and outdated versions of these files.

The FAR station !

Anyone know what issue this is ?

Sincerely yours,

Kschmidt

This looks quite weird indeed! I play with "low" shadows settings, so obviously didn't notice anything. However if this was related to some S3D bug you would see the same happening with all my other models. I'll try to play with different shadow settings to see if I get the same.

UPDATE: I experimented a bit and yes, that shadow bug I wasn't aware of happens with all S3D models -can't believe no one let me know before? There is a solution to it, which consists in changing the "isgroundmodel" property to "0", in which case though my models will project no shadow at all. In order to do this I would have to revise most of my uploads, which is something I'm willing to do if enough people are troubled by this issue too.

Key point: this bug only happens if you set the shadows to "high". If you set them to "medium" you'll still get the nice tree shadows but the S3D-related bug will disappear. Hope this helps. If anyone has more info on this surprising feature, I'll be all ears.

What is good when you have nothing to say is that you can always pretend to listen. Anyway it does not prevent to think!

@hugues aroux They're oak brine vats used to make dill pickles in former times. There used to be special railcars that the vats were loaded on for shipping to the bottler.  They're done much differently now.

I am not sure about this specific case, but in Spain we use similar wooden tanks for wine:
