Residential only for now?

For this test I only added a residential check box/modified building, but the underlying code is the same for all 7 purpose types so it should also work with Cs, Co, I-R, I-D, I-M and I-HT.

I occasionally go through everything created by a favorite batter (curiosity, inspiration, to find out what kind of content is missing and/or what I want to see more of). Sometimes that's pretty straightforward, but I have to say PClark06 City ended up much larger than I expected

What an American suburb! It's just insane that he managed to make so much stuff without sacrificing quality.

This is so fun to look at. Reminds me of the industrial cities in the LA metro like Vernon, Commerce, Industry, etc.

Super cool to know what is possible with ALLLLL these warehouses --- I think I might kill a day or two like this :D

Incredible effort from @PClark06 - especially because the viewer may not realize that each sign on each lot is visually distinct and correctly branded to its region and time period with utmost care and specificity.

Kudos!

As World's #1 W2W Fan (I will challenge any competitors for this title to single combat) this may finally push me to play the game without using lotplop...

maybe reduce the first one to just 'Default' or 'Mixed'? Cause the other 2 options should be enough (in theory) to inform players what they're selecting.

Though, maybe have the 3 options on the right, and the 2 check boxes at the top instead? Seems like it could be better balanced that way I think

This dialog is just what I was using for testing, it isn't intended to replace the CoriBoom template. I wouldn't be surprised if CB will be doing something like what you described.

My fingers are still trembling a bit from manually adding family props using Reader, repeating mouse clicks to select and switching between panels, and pressing Ctrl+V on a list of 900+ exemplars. And add 200+ exemplars that need updating to use the family props.
I rarely even blink because it would slow me down if I lose focus on which item I'm currently on the list, and now my eyes hurt lol

But, at least now I can have more tree variations for the SFBT Street Tree mod and all the cars are now in ✨HD✨
Thanks to art128 for the HD cars, Barocco Hispano for the cars & trees, and Cycledogg (c.p.) for the olive trees.

P.S. Can you find the time traveler in this picture?

P.S.S. Someone please let me know if you can add properties to exemplars in bulk, I really don't want to go through that again

SFBT sidewalk mod indeed little outdated with present props ! So many car type little choice to the user add a selection, same tree like but at that level it could be simplified !

Sincerely yours,

Kschmidt

Yeah, I think I'll do that, but probably in a week or 2.
I still need to tidy up some of the trees that are outside of the dirt circle, and it's probably a good idea to have people able to select which car category they want to have on the streets. And right now I need to focus on editing videos first since it's been a while since I uploaded a new one.

But if you, or anyone else, is interested in it as is right now, feel free to DM me and I'll share the files :D

I was working on something similar a while ago, but I still need to make prop families for all my cars and export European style props to replace the existing ones (Trash bins, signals, trees, lattices, lamp post, base textures, etc) . ^_^

Oh, that looks great! the one I'm doing is just for the street side, so I think I'll just wait and use yours for the road.
Also, would love to see more car variations and HD props from you. They enabled people to make more stuff

These T21 mods do look really nice.

I've tried a couple of times to mess about to improve the JPN one that I've used for years strictly for the telephone / power wires that come with that mod by changing some of the other elements to more modern props but quickly give up due to my lack of commitment and quite severe technical deficiencies. The props themselves are so unusual that i almost put up with the slightly strange elements of the mod just so I can have these beautiful wires.

If @Barroco Hispano would be able to use his prop genius to make a few telephone poles / cables I think i'd definitely shift to the 2024 version!

Great work everyone as always.

Looks beautiful. What houses are you using there?
