Some of the lots in this download are corrupted and may cause CTDs when growing. Either way they probably won't grow.

For the moment please use the download from this forum post instead:

This entry will be updated once a true dependency list has been deciphered for them.

About This File

This contemporary condominium set includes 14 lots, each including landscaping unique from one another. The only similarity is that each of the 14 lots will use one of the 4 HD house BATs. Either red, green, blue, or taupe. These houses are the first of their kind for SimCity 4, it's been a decade too long in my oppinion without modern suburban houses from your typical North American suburb in SC4.

Please be sure to download all the dependencies for the best experience with this BAT/lot set. The list of what you need is in the installer, I can guarantee you won't miss it (even if you wanted to, it's the licence agreement). Just in case though, the dependency list is included below. If you still do encounter problems, such as not seeing the lots grow, you can always plop them yourself with the extra cheats DLL which can be found in a multitude of areas on this and other websites.

I hope you enjoy these as much as I do, as I'm sure you can tell, I put a lot of hard work into these BATs and an equal amount into the lots. I hope that can be reflected upon you; I'm most certain you won't be dissapointed!

Looks cool- But the amount of dependencies is a downside- 3/5 because of the dependency list
Seriously? Downrating an excellent BAT because simply because someone can't be bothered to download a few dependencies?

That is pretty shallow.

Hmm, from your picture i can see that the house model is nearly two tiles wide. That would make the house almost 100 ft wide; seems a bit excessive to me. Am I understanding that correctly?

Echoing a lot of other guys here...the dependencies are a downside, but the houses look amazing. They look like houses I've seen all over Georgia and South Carolina.

It looks nice, but there are way too many dependancies. I'll be here all day finding everything I need.

You don't need to "find" anything, just click the links I added in the description and download the files. Quite frankly, adding the links myself was harder, it will take you no time at all. Most people have most dependencies anyways. Either way, I am most certain you will need the vast majority of these sooner or later.

Just thought I'd note, if you download the revised version of these lots (which I highly suggest, as they require the exact same dependencies and almost the same files size) and if you have the Extra Cheats DLL as linked to int he description, you can plop the lots yourself. Some say there are issues with this, although I've never had a problem, but if you grow residential lots of the same size/wealth and use the lotplop command with the Extra Cheats DLL, you can scroll down to the very bottom, look for zzzzzz_BipinHome... and plop the houses individually that way.

These are wonderful Bipin - Looks like the dependencies is an issue in the comments section. As for me, I already have all of these in my plugins required and optional so its a no issue for me.. Thanks for your wonderful work.

Stunning! Is there any chance you could kindly put it into a Dat. format for me? I have problems downloading with installers.

There are over 20 files, which i why I made an installer, but I'll work on getting an optional .dat download.

Now that is harsh... You may be uncomfortable with the number of dependencies, even to a point where you won't download it (though you could just open LE and change it to your liking)... But no matter - the BAT itself is very cool, as you said yourself... and that's what you should rate :-))
He is rating the lot, which happens to require an abnormal amount of dependencies. The BAT may be the main feature, but they are sitting on the Lot. Personally I agree with him. That's like having a Cake, and only rating the incredibly detailed Icing. You've still got what's in the centre to eat.

I doubt all those dependencies are needed. I can see that you wanted those props, but would it really have done harm to the Lots if you added another prop of the same type from a more common dependency?

If you notice those are mostly HD props. There is no common pack of HD props out there that magically has everything. Sometimes you just can't compromise quality. Besides that Nams' prop pack is fairly common anyways.

These are really a spectacular addition!! And thank you for requiring all these dependencies--ALL of which I already had installed and all of which are really great work by their respective authors. That allows such awesome detail that some of us REALLY appreciate. My fear is that you'll listen to some of these people and next time release a dumbed-down, less perfect version--please don't.

Are you planning on releasing more of these? It'd be great to have even more variety!

5/5 of course.

You can expect to see a true two-floor version some time soon, as well as a completely different house BAT, but int he same style. Also look out for more suburban buildings such as businesses and strip malls.

These houses look awesome but none of the links for the optional dependencies are working for me other than the last one. Can you please list what all of the dependencies are above the links?

Am i the only one that noticed the driveways that lead from the street, overlaying the sidewalk mask? Every lot should have this feature!!

I will forgive the author for the long list of dependencies in lieu of the excellent work it looks like he's done. While you won't find these kinds of houses on older properties in the US, you see this kind of same-architect neighborhood in many quickly sprawling young cities or suburbs.

What should i say: wonderful BATs and perfect lotting - this is what i love. aside from that a lot of really must have dependencies, so this is in no way too much. Keep on the fine work!

There's way too many dependancies for me to even bother downloading, but your work still looks outstanding.
