I always like suburban family homes - there can hardly be enough variety. This is definitely a download for me! I hope you'll keep sharing your superb creations with us.

On a side note, I'd appreciate to know the dependencies up front. Why download, start the installer, read the dependencies, possibly find out that you may not have many of them etc., if all this can be added to the description right away? This way I could download them together with the houses right from the start instead of having to go back and forth.

Since I need to modify the dependency list anyways, I'll make sure I do that and add it here as well. The dependency I will be adding are OPTIONAL and only for flora/people etc. Btw, if anyone wants an HVAC unit prop, it's included as [i]BipinPropsHVAC.[/i]

Might I also suggest more pictures? Some nightlight pictures and an overview showing every lot would be good

Looks cool- But the amount of dependencies is a downside- 3/5 because of the dependency list

Theres really no use of me adding a nighttime screenshot as there are no nightlights. Based on how I had to install BAT4MAX and my semi-functional SC4 BAT I cannot render nightlights it seems. If anyone knows why this might occur (I had to install BAT4MAX by dragging files around; manual installation) please let me know. I want nightlights as much as you do!

Also, I'd say a 3/5 is a bit harsh based on dependencies alone. Almost half of the dependencies are optional, and if you can't be bothered to download several files (many of which you will already have), then you can sacrifice 10 minutes of your life for extra landscaping. The only reason most of the dependencies labeled as "required" are labelled that way, is so your lots will look at least something like what is in the picture.

Regarding pictures, I will add more tonight. The file was uploaded late last night, and I couldn't fit in everything. Don't worry though, pictures are on the way.

For something this detailed, the dependancies are nothing more than a minor obstacle! This is deserving of no fewer than five stars!

These looks great 5/5! My only question is, is if you know what the buildingplop name (SC4 Extra Cheats) is for your buildings? There are BipinGreen, blue, and red, and none of them work.

These houses are excellent! And the dependencies are hardly an issue, as they are common things that most people would already have anyways.

Now that is harsh... You may be uncomfortable with the number of dependencies, even to a point where you won't download it (though you could just open LE and change it to your liking)... But no matter - the BAT itself is very cool, as you said yourself... and that's what you should rate :-))

Thank you, thank you all! You can expect a reupload tonight of the files with the most required bugfixes, e.g.:

- Fixed the texture issue on the driveway.
- Fixed issues with the building glitching over the my house BATs.
- Fixed some issues with prop placement and overlapping.

While I know it isn't a lot, these fixes should drastically improve the appearance of the lots. If you have anything you would like to see fixed that won't take too long to do (I'm busy with school work) let me know! Respond here!
