This file gives you 5 low wealth (R$) apartment flats. They are all merged into one single building family (ID 0xEFFEC001) so they grow randomly in your cities. They are based on reallife demolished apartment flats in my hometown Nieuwegein, in The Netherlands. They have 83 R$ residents each and are 2x3 in size. More stats are in the readme.
